TALK2SYNC RESPECTS YOUR PRIVACY
We will not give any information about you to others without your express permission.
Our site uses forms in which you provide us with contact information (your name, email address) so that you can subscribe, request information and support, and make service suggestions. We will then create an account number for you, and if you choose to subscribe with us using a credit card, we will collect your credit card number and expiration date, but it will be stored only in Openpay's systems. If you contact us for support, we will keep an internal record of what support was provided to you. We use your client information only when it will be important for us to communicate with you regarding changes in functionality of our services, our website, new Talk2sync software services, and special offers we believe you will find valuable. We may use third-party advertising companies to post ads on our behalf. These companies may use cookies and action tags (also known as single pixel GIFs or web beacons) to measure the effectiveness of advertising. Any information that these third parties collect through cookies and action tags is completely anonymous. We use the information collected about you from our site statistics (e.g., your IP address) to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our website. We also collect broad demographic information from this data to help us improve our site and make your browsing and purchasing experience more enjoyable. However, such deactivation does not imply the immediate deletion of your data. We will retain your information only to the extent necessary to resolve disputes or fulfill contractual obligations. Synchronized product and order information will be deleted two months after deactivation. If you require a copy of such information, you must request it before that deadline.
